1. Eligibility 

• The prize draw is open to attendees of Intralogistex who scan their badge at the Datalogistix-Studio stand. 

• Only one entry per person is permitted.

2. The Prize 

The winner will receive:

 

• A 12-month free subscription to Datalogistix-Studio , meaning no licence fee will be charged during this period.

• Free installation, meaning no charges for the time spent on installation and initial setup.

The 12-month period will begin from a date agreed upon by both parties after the winner is announced.

3. What’s Not Included 

• Server costs: If hosting is required, the winner may need to provide their own infrastructure or cover associated cloud/server costs.

• Custom development: The prize does not include bespoke feature development beyond the standard functionality of Datalogistix-Studio . 

• Ongoing support & training: While installation is free, any additional consultancy, training, or support beyond initial setup may be chargeable.

4. Winner Selection & Redemption 

• The winner will be selected at random and notified via email within 14 after the event. 

• The winner must confirm acceptance within 14 of being notified. Failure to respond may result in another winner being selected. 

• The free subscription is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. General Conditions 

• Datalogistix-Studio  reserves the right to modify or withdraw this prize draw at any time without prior notice.
