What is an included customised workflow?
An included customised workflow is a single operational process, dashboard or reporting process built to the customer's specification using DatalogistiX-Studio components, screens and logic. Bespoke API development, specialist hardware integration and unusually complex workflow logic are scoped separately.
What is a workflow transaction?
A workflow transaction is a completed user or automated action that processes operational data, such as submitting a form, updating a task, recording a scan or running an automated workflow. Simply viewing a screen or dashboard does not count as a transaction.
How does Basic fair usage work?
Studio Basic runs in a DatalogistiX hosted environment for up to 3 customised workflows and includes an agreed monthly allowance for workflow transactions, storage and processing. Expected usage is reviewed during discovery so the starting setup is appropriate for the workflows.
What does the scheduler include?
Studio Basic includes a limited scheduler allowance for standard report and alert events. Studio Professional adds a fully managed SMTP service for scheduled emails and alerts. More advanced scheduler, alerting, file movement or delivery requirements can be scoped for Organisation plans.
How is ChatDB different between Professional and Organisation?
Studio Professional includes ChatDB access with business context modelling tools so authorised users can configure approved context, support dashboard creation and ask natural-language questions. Studio Organisation adds a DatalogistiX-led service to model fuller business context, terminology, datasets, processes and reporting logic so the platform can support AI-assisted workflows, dashboards, integrations and backend services.
Are hosting, AI and OCR usage included?
The applicable allowances depend on the selected hosting and AI architecture. Fair-usage allowances and any additional costs are agreed according to the hosting model, processing requirements and expected usage.
Can we use our own infrastructure or AI services?
Yes. Deployment can use DatalogistiX managed cloud, a customer-selected dedicated environment or your own infrastructure. You may use DatalogistiX managed AI services or connect your own AI infrastructure, models and APIs.
What happens when we need more?
Additional workflows, integrations, specialist devices, custom AI, higher transaction volumes and enhanced support can be added as your operation develops. Scope and costs are agreed before work begins.
